Target Market Determination (TMD) – Lannock Strata Loans

Lannock Capital 2 Pty Ltd has prepared a Target Market Determination (TMD) in accordance with the Design and Distribution Obligations (DDO) under the Corporations Act.

This TMD describes:

  • the class of consumers the product is designed for

  • the distribution conditions

  • performance review arrangements

  • circumstances where the product may not be appropriate

The TMD applies to the following Lannock loan products:

  • Multi-Drawdown Facility Loan

  • Levy Assist Loan

  • Insurance Premium Funding Loan

  • Project Remediate Cladding Loan

  • ACT Government Concessional Cladding Loan
