Hi, I'm Charlotte.
My background is in business broking, where I learned that the real skill isn't in the numbers themselves - it's in translating them into something people can actually use to make a decision. I learned the trade of negotiating complex mergers, acquisitions and commercial property deals, some of them running into the millions.
Accounting fundamentals and a solid grasp of financial structures gave me the foundation, but the lessons that stuck came from learning to navigate the headwinds and crosswinds that every business eventually runs into.
What I enjoy most is helping people focus on the things that genuinely matter: stable, predictable cash flow, protecting asset value, staying compliant, and planning for capital improvements. As it happens, those are exactly the questions strata committees grapple with too.
So much of financial decision-making comes down to confidence, and I like to think I can help committees find theirs - by simplifying the complicated parts, laying out a clear path forward, and keeping the focus firmly on owners and the long-term value of their property.
I'm a south coast local at heart, though Sydney's home for now, and I spent a good part of my childhood in Hong Kong. Outside of work, you'll usually find me on the golf course or at the billiards table.
