Hi, I'm Joshua. I've spent over 10 years in property, construction and development, and now I'm proud to help strata communities access the funding they need through Lannock.

At Lannock, we work with Owners Corporations to fund capital works – repairs, renovations, cladding and defect rectification and uplift projects. What I love most is helping committees and strata managers make informed, collective decisions that deliver real, long-term benefits for their communities.

I'm currently completing an Executive MBA at Monash University with a specialisation in responsible regulation and governance, which has deepened my understanding of governance, financial responsibility and strategic decision-making – all critical in the strata space. It's not just about funding; it's about aligning the right solutions with the right outcomes for your building and your owners.

My focus is simple: building long-term relationships with owners and strata managers and making sure you have the guidance and support you need to bring your projects to life. I'm here to make funding accessible, responsive, and stress-free.
