Hi, I'm Michelle. I've worked in the strata industry for over eight years, mostly as a strata managing agent, so I know firsthand the challenges Owners Corporations face when it comes to funding major works.

I'm passionate about helping people understand their options and making funding genuinely accessible. Not every owner is in the same financial position, and I believe everyone deserves clear, honest information without the jargon or pressure.

Don't let the Geordie accent throw you – I was born in Victoria, grew up in the North East of England but came back to Australia in 2017 with my son and found my way into strata.
