Approving and implementing a funding facility

Print the facility documents
Print the facility documents, including Schedules 1 and 2

Execute the facility documents
Execute the facility documents according to the instructions below

Return the executed documents
Return the executed documents, along with Schedules 1 and 2, to us within 60 days of the date of this letter (or within an agreed extended period)

Keep a copy for your records
Keep a copy of the executed documents and schedules for your records
Before returning any documents to Lannock

Read and understand the documents
You have read and understood the Facility Agreement, the Terms and Conditions, the Information Statement and the Credit Guide

Considered and approved funding facility
You have considered and approved the proposed funding facility in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations

Passed the required resolutions
You have passed the required resolutions at a general meeting and provided evidence of this general meeting in the form of Schedule 1, signed by the people authorised by the general meeting

Approved the levies
You have approved the levies which will permit you to meet your financial obligations under this Funding Facility over the life of the facility as and when they become due and payable and have issued notices to the owners in respect of the first such levy payment
5
Affixed the common seal of the Strata Corporation
The Facility Agreement has been executed by affixing the common seal of the Strata Corporation in the presence of the authorised witnesses

Completed the Direct Debit Request Form
You have completed the Direct Debit Request Form provided
