ACT Government Private Buildings Cladding Scheme

The ACT Government is offering a concessional loan to support owners corporations with the costs of remediating the cladding. ‍ The concessional loan gives owners corporations of eligible buildings access to a low interest loan to remediate combustible cladding – this loan can be up to $15 million per owners corporation.

Draw down funds as needed

After your credit assessment is complete (usually 1 or 2 days), we’ll notify you of loan approval. Simply draw down funds as required each Thursday, with instructions and documentation required the Thursday prior. Repayments are made by direct debit monthly, with statements issued quarterly.
